Underage Drinking

The Problem-Oriented Policing Guide describes the problem of underage drinking and reviews the factors that contribute to it. It then identifies a series of questions to help police departments and those who work with them analyze local underage drinking problems. Finally, the guide reviews responses to the problem and what is known about if from evaluative research and police practice.
