Trends in the Abuse of Prescription Drugs is a summary of the latest data reported by NIDA's Community Epidemiology Work Group, National Survey on Drug Use and Health, Monitoring the Future Survey, Partnership Attitude Tracking Survey, Drug Abuse Warning Network emergency department reports, Treatment Episode Data Set, drug poisoning deaths, drugs identified by toxicology laboratories reporting to the National Forensic Laboratory Information System, and sales of prescription drugs as reported by DEA.
