The SESS Story (Starting Early Starting Smart)
Starting Early Staring Smart (SESS) is a program that seeks to help children in high-risk settings during their formative years (from birth to age 7). Grantees evaluate ways of working with parents or caregivers who are at risk for behavioral health problems.
