The American Bar Association Resolution

The American Bar Association House of Delegates recently approved a resolution on ending discrimination among people with drug and alcohol problems. Adoption of the recommendations from the Policy Panel Report "Ending Discrimination Against People with Alcohol and Drug Problems," by Join Together will enhance the American Bar Association's ability to encourage federal, state, territorial and local governments to change laws and policies that discriminate against individuals in recovery from chemical dependency.
