Curbing Heroin Use: How to Make a Difference in Your Community
While the use of most illegal drugs has been leveling off and declining in the past twenty years, the number of new heroin users is growing in some cities and towns, especially among young people. This action kit was created in response to a rise in heroin use in some communities.
