Buprenorphine Physician Locator
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) has created an online directory of physicians who have qualified to prescribe buprenorphine for opiate addiction. The directory is in response to the Food and Drug Administration's approval of buprenorphine last year. It is updated daily and contains the names of those physicians who have received credentials from SAMHSA and an identification number from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
