N.H. Lawmakers Propose Inmate-Led Treatment Program January 5, 2005

About 85 percent of the state's prison population have an addiction problem when they make parole. Currently, the county jail offers Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, one-on-one counseling, and group therapy.
