Mont. Voters Approve Medical Marijuana Measure November 3, 2004

"I'm really thankful to Montana," said Paul Befumo of Missoula, one of the leaders of the medical-marijuana campaign. "I think we did something good for ourselves, our neighbors and relatives who are sick."
