McLean Hospital has just opened The McLean Center at Fernside, a residential treatment program targeted to individuals with substance use disorders complicated by psychiatric conditions, reported AScribe on July 17.  The 10 patient program is housed in a historic mansion and former inn, located in Princeton, Massachusetts.

With luxury accommodations, patient-specific treatment, and evidence-based strategies, the world-class Center is "a place where our patients will feel comfortable upon arrival and where they can expect to receive an unparalleled level of care and support," says Maureen Malin, MD, PhD, MBA, medical director for The McLean Center.
