Conn. Health Foundation Supports Addiction/Mental Health Program

A group that serves children and adults with addiction and mental health problems recently was awarded a $25,000 grant from the Connecticut Health Foundation.

The grant will help Bridges -- A Community Support System develop a strategic plan. The award to the Milford, Conn.-based group was made under the foundation's mental-health program area.

The foundation also made awards in the area of children's health.
