Funding Opportunity
The federal Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) will award 65 targeted capacity-expansion grants to programs that enhance and expand addiction treatment and/or outreach and pretreatment services alongside HIV/AIDS services in African American, Latino/Hispanic, and other racial or ethnic communities highly affected by addiction and HIV/AIDS.
A total of $32.1 million will be awarded to nonprofits, governments and schools under this program. Applications are due Feb. 28, 2007.
