Over 900 treatment providers from across the nation are participating in the ACTION Campaign. Here are some of their success stories.

ACTION Campaign Inspires Improved Access to Treatment in Rhode Island
The Phoenix Houses of New England and the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Association of Rhode Island applied the NIATx process improvement model to implement their dream for a statewide information and treatment referral service.

Discovery House
Utilizing the 'walk-through' exercise sparked a series of improvements at Discovery House, a national outpatient addiction program with 20 clinic locations in six states.
January 2009
The Rehab Center of North Central Ohio (Mansfield, Ohio)
The Rehab Center revamped its screening process from individual client sessions to group screenings -- a process that decreased waiting time for clients and improved staff efficiency and morale.
December 2008
Dallas County Juvenile Probation Department (Dallas, Texas)
The Dallas County Juvenile Probation Department is unique in that it provides all levels of substance abuse counseling, including a day treatment program. They discovered that adding a reminder system greatly improved the number of clients showing up at appointments.
June 2008
Crooked River Counseling (Norway, Maine)
This program implemented consumer-friendly improvements to their screening and scheduling processes.
